Core Reqirements of the Program
|
 |
- Schools must submit an application to participate.
- Once accepted, teachers must attend a comprehensive Teacher Training to receive the Curriculum Guide and classroom teaching materials provided by the program.
- Teachers spend 4-6 weeks in class preparing students for the on-site visit to JA BizTown.
- Each school must recruit 14 adult volunteers to be assigned to each of the 14 businesses in JA BizTown.
- Volunteers will need to attend a mandatory Volunteer Training session and commit to join the school at JA BizTown for the full 5-hour day of the on-site visit.
